HISPANIC INFLUENCERS IN HOUSTON

Influencers, their presence becomes more and more powerful when planning an online marketing strategy: Are they essential? How should we work with them? They have the ability to mobilize opinions and create reactions in other users when talking about a specific topic without forgetting their potential audience on a certain subject.

Lately, businesses are choosing a spokespersonto transmit their proposals to the audience. This spokesperson must be popular, fresh, and charismatic. Since the objective of this strategy is to use their ability to influence people and their choices.

We’ve been closely following the work of some local influencers with a tremendous ability to engage with the Hispanic community and after an exhaustive search among all the talented Hispanic people in our city, we’ve got for you, our top three favorite influencers that bring together all the qualities a great influencer needs.

 

SUPER HOLLY

Content creator and creative, originally from North Carolina, she moved to Mexico since she was little, and part of her studies were in Mexico due to her father’s work. She grew up bilingual and acquired the Mexican culture like her own. Although she is not Hispanic, she has a very strong connection with the Hispanics that see her like one of them too.

On her YouTube channel, Holly gives free classes that have helped a lot of people to practice and improve their English. Holly lives in Houston, she has become an influencer in the city and you can see her in public places now and then. She travels back and forth to Mexico City (where she is very well known) for meet and greet reunions with her Mexican followers (currently, more than 92K! @Hollyradio ).

 

LALA’S WORLD

Anna Laura Gonzalez also known as “Houston’s Lala” is a local personality born in Monterrey, Mexico and raised in Houston, Texas. She started her career in the modeling scene and doing promotions with an agency and doing tv commercials. She gained a lot of experience and decided she wanted her own tv show, she created an online show called “Lala’s World”, where she showed her viewers some of the Houston’s late-night life and hosted known local artists as well. She presented her pilot to Channel 55 and they opened a space for her giving her the opportunity to host her own tv show.

Lala has been in the entertainment industry since she was little, her father appeared in many Mexican movies back in the day and that connected her directly to the Hispanic/Tejano scene. She currently works on different projects as an influencer and she is a DJ on the Puro Tejano station Houston with more than 72K of followers on her social media! @Houstonslala

JC WIRED

Juan Carlos became a business consultant way before finishing his career in Business Administration in Colombia where he is originally from, after finishing his career he moved to USA and started working in the Educational field. Later, knowing that he had all the required skills, he decided to start a career in the Real Estate business and became a well-known professional and consultant specialized in urban downtown markets and the Woodlands area, JC travels around the world to gain a new perspective of the market and he translates all this new lifestyles and fresh ideas to images on his social media. BRIANDA CARRASCO

Brianda is originally from Corpus Christi but grew up in Freeport, Texas. She started modeling when she was 23 years old and became Miss Houston Latina in 2017. She gained even more popularity after her participation in the Exathlon. At only 27 years old, Brianda has come far in her career and possess a unique way to connect with the Hispanic audience (more than 34K followers! @Brianda.carrasco ) and motivates them through her social media to live an active and healthy life doing sports.
